They were fast, courteous and comprehensive. There was a part that had been missing on my car…and asking about it had slipped my mind when I dropped it off. Upon picking it us, they said “by the way, we noticed it (the part) was missing…so we ordered it the last time you were in and put it on today”. Great service and care!

Fantastic service for my Mercedes. Scheduling was very easy, was able to get my car in quickly and the communication was great. Megan was lovely and sent me photos of the diagnostics and I easily paid my bill online. Great experience!

Megan and her team @ MB Clinic was wonderful, long story short been going to MB of Denver for Years until the customer service over there changed dramatically. Took my vehicle to MB Clinic and they got me in real quick and back on the road and there pricing is a bit lower than the dealerships. MB Clinic has a new customer for life now.

The team at MBClinic is extremely competent. The technical staff identified that the heat shield for my muffler had been cut and replaced it at minimal inconvenience to me. Megan Allen is very knowledgeable, customer-service oriented, friendly, and a joy with whom to interact. Normie

This is my second experience with MB Clinic and it went as well as the first. I dropped off the car for a Service B and also to assess a couple of other chronic issues they saw previously. Unlike the dealerships, the needed service was explained thoroughly and the chronic items could wait. I always feel like they operate with honesty and integrity and aren't looking to add extra things just to increase the bill. All of the service managers are very knowledgeable and personable, and the car was ready the same day. If you're a Mercedes owner and MB Clinic isn't on your radar, put it there!
