I have always had incredible care at MB Clinic for my Mercedes-Benz GL450 and for me! I have worked with Connor over the years who is a truly great guy, always super friendly and approachable and thorough in explaining my car’s needs and always helpful when I’ve tried to prioritize fixes. Megan has helped me out with some tricky fixes and her in-depth knowledge of service and repairs is incredible. Her manner is so friendly and welcoming, I know that my car and I are in great hands with her. She knows these cars inside and out! I’ve more recently met and worked with new Manager Steven who is the perfect fit as he is top-notch in all these regards as well. I’m thrilled to feel so at home with MB Clinic. You’ll find every member of the MB Clinic team knowledgeable, trustworthy and accommodating and frankly generous with their time and their want to give you the best deal possible! My car is 12 years old and runs like a dream because it’s cared for by these professionals and all the fine mechanics at MB Clinic. MB Clinic was originally recommended to me by a friend in the car business who said they were the best! I’ve found that to be the case!

Other than the Scheduling System for Sprinters the experience was great and I will be a returning customer. Steven was great with communication and really met all of my needs. Price was fantastic and they were able to get my cargo door open without having to replace any parts. Highly recommended, which is rare in todays world.
