Denver Mercedes Repair

Visiting from another state-- and finding my Mercedes needed immediate mechanical intervention-- I was so blessed to find Chris at MERCEDES CLINIC who literally walked me through the problem and the solution with the patience of a nobleman. I am grateful that integrity, patience, and great mechanics STILL exist and go the extra 'mile' for their customers. They are proven to be -- thus.

I took my 2007 Mercedes E350 wagon ( don't laugh) to Chris at the Merceds Clinic and could not have been happier. Quite a bit cheaper than the dealer and great service. They even give you a classic merceds as a loaner. Highly recommend. Also Chris has to be the best dressed mechanic out there.

My daughter lives in Denver and I live in Santa Fe New Mexico. Chris the owner and his service advisor two should be your go to techs for your Mercedes. Not knowing anyone in Denver this easily could have turned into a nightmare. Highly recommend this shop!! This opinion is coming from someone who is in the automotive business for 20 years. Daughter is happy and has her car back. Good job guys.

Well let's see, I've been bringing my Mercedes to this shop for almost 5 years now, so I think I have enough experience to write a review. What I like about going "small business" is most of the time you get to meet the guy or gal that makes it all happen. In this case you do & believe me Chris will make it an experience that you will not forget. He not only is a Great Mechanic, but this guy needs to be a stand-up comic on the side, he's bolt-wrenching funny, no pun intended. On a serious note, not only will you give your money over with a smile (he likes cash) you will get top notch service from the "Best Mercedes Mechanic In Denver". I went through 6 different "Mercedes" shops before I found this diamond in the rough way back when. As long as he's in business & I can still afford a Mercedes, I'll bring my cars & ML63 to this guy (and the awe inspiring people he has working for him). Thanks Chris, please do not change buddy, except for the wife of course.

Chris and Jared are awesome. Finding Master level Mercedes technicians in an environment you can trust is so refreshing. Cool shop and great idea with the name guys. I give them two thumbs up!

I moved from California to Colorado after just purchasing my 2000 ML320, having no knowledge of the car or the area whatsoever. Luckily, when I googled mercedes shops I happened to choose this one, and have never been let down. Chris is very knowledgeable and honest. I'm the kind of person who assumes everyone is trying to rip me off (seriously), but not this time! I totally and completely trust his opinion. Plus, you get free coffee vouchers for down the street! And he let me go on facebook on his comp and read US magazines... As you can see, Mercedes Clinic & Sales has outstanding customer service, they're reliable and honest. Over 3 years later and after moving back to California, I still to this day call up or email Chris in Colorado for some good ol' mercedes help:) PS- he referred me to an awesome body shop in the area as well after I hit an elk... yes that happened. Anyway, Chris knows his stuff.

I have been taking my ML to the Mercedes Clinic for a number of years, and I can't speak highly enough about my experiences there. Owner Chris Heintzman is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and diagnostician. All the work I've had done at his shop has been done with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism--and at a reasonable cost. Chris's customer service is likewise stellar. He is personable and pleasant. He's always been able to get my vehicle in quickly and eased the inconvenience by offering me a ride or loaner vehicle. He stays in touch during the work, and my ML has always been ready when promised. He's made maintenance and service suggestions that help keep my ML running well long-term, while saving on unnecessary expense. Chris has repeatedly surpassed my expectations, providing great work at a fair price. He's even done a few much-appreciated extras (like getting rid of a rattle or readjusting a door handle) at little or no charge. I highly recommend the Mercedes Clinic.
