This was my first visit to MBClinic for my 2014 ML350. Extremely courteous and helpful folks there, and the service was performed well. Car was even washed, and as we had just returned form a few camping trips, it was covered with dirt and mud when we came in, so I was very pleasantly surprised! A bit pricy, but then again, it's a MB, and they only use factory original parts so the customer doesn't get screwed by MB in the event of a future warranty claim. I plan to have all my service done there!

Chris, Grant, all the tech's and staff including the shop dog "Doc" (my personal fav) are EXCEPTIONAL at what they do. VERY impressed with their attentiveness not only to the detail of your vehicle and its needs but also to their clients needs and concerns. Honest hard working straight shooters, here! Extremely knowledgeable and their professionalism is a breath of fresh air. I always have a pleasant experience.

What can you say about a business that provides such personalized service as MBClinic does? I called after hours after my car broke down on the highway with my camper attached....and Chris was there, arranged a tow, and than when my car was fixed, delivered it to my home. Amazing as always. Can't say enough good things about Chris and Crew.
