I've been going to the Mercedes Clinic since it opened and been real happy with their service. Always prompt and honest and you can't want any more from a car shop. My vehicle is a 2002 Sprinter van which is wholly manufactured by MB in Germany, but not your typical Mercedes. They've occasionally had to be 'creative' to solve issues and every time they've been effective. Good shop !

I have chosen to bring my MB to the doctor because I felt I was being overcharged by the dealer. I'm very satisfied with the care and the courtesy I receive at the Doctor and will continue to bring my car there.

I was referred to Chris after purchasing my s430. I stopped to introduced myself and to get a feel as to whether I could do business with MB Clinic. Very professional outfit. In ten minutes Chris showed me things about my car I didn't know. He concluded his thoughts with a concern for such low milage and said that would have been a deal breaker for him. MB Clinic served my car for several years and got it to perform in peak performance. Quotes for service are uncomparable! I had total confidence while owning that car because of MB Clinic. I'm looking for the same now for my BMW.

I have been taking my Mercedes in to MB Clinic for years and couldn't be happier. The staff is always very accommodating, friendly and professional. When I'm in a pinch and need a car loaner (I'm a traveling hospice nurse) while my car is being worked on, they have helped me out every single time, even coming to pick me up if I was stranded. Chris and his staff are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing car issues are are very fair in their pricing. I would recommend MB Clinic to anyone who drives a Mercedes and wants 5 star service every time. Thanks guys!
