First time visiting the MBClinic for a standard B-service and I couldn't be more impressed. I primarily worked with Connor during my visit but it's clear the entire team here is efficient and knowledgeable. My car was thoroughly inspected and the service was completed much faster and at a way better price than I ever expected. I'm pretty sure my car has never run better either! The shop also offers recommended work for your car but doesn't pressure you to get it done like you'd see at most dealerships. It's clear this shop cares about delivering the best experience to their customers and I'll definitely be taking my Mercedes back every time!

These guys are scam artists. I contacted this Service center about my car that wouldn't start. Conner let me know it would cost $200 to test and let me know how much the repair would cost. Today I get a new estimate for another $400 and a new electrical test. I decided to just pick up the vehicle since this is 3 times what I was originally quoted. Get to the shop to pick up the vehicle and the bill is $525 with their discount. Get in the car and the tire pressure light is on now. I go back I as Conner to if he could take a look at it and he comes out side and says You already got your car, I don't work for you. So I ask oif they normally return vehicles with new issues. Save your self the run around go to another service center.

Outstanding service. Saved me a nice amount of money in comparison to the dealership. Kudos to Megan for her great service and knowledge of Mercedes Vehicles. Will definitely recommend

Had an unexpected repair needed while on vacation in Denver. Several friends referred me to MBClinic and I now see why. They got me in immediately, were very communicative throughout the repair process, and got me back on the road quickly to make the 1000 mile trip back home. It drives wonderfully now! Thank you to Connor, Megan, and the rest of the team at MBClinic!

It was one of the best place to service your car in town but now is the worse....

Magen and her team were extremely helpful and thrall. I definitely will continue trusting them with my vehicle.

MBClinic replaced the vacuum pump, O2 sensor, and leaking head cover. They did a fantastic job of communicating and they have an after hours pick up. Their 36k/3 year warranty on all their work makes the price worth it.

We took my GL550 here because the radiator cracked. After the technician Connor investigated he advised with my GWC warranty it would be over $2,000 in cost to fix. Not settling for this we took our vehicle to another well known professional shop in Parker, CO where we were told it would be covered in 100% by GWC (warranty) and we just owed the deductible of $250! Wow, MLB Clinic definitely tried to get over on us here I recommend getting a 2nd opinion always by a professional that is honest. Worst part was when we picked up the vehicle to take elsewhere, Connor was visually upset and when we kindly ask him to close the claim with GWC he said he would when ever he had time because he is too busy so we called ourselves and closed it! Guess what our Mercedes was fixed the next day by ( well known shop in Parker ) and running like brand new! Connor and this company are con artist do not trust!!!

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences since I started bringing my 2010 Sprinter to MB Clinic. The van was in need of some TLC and through a couple of visits, MB clinic identified and fixed all the issues. Megan has been so helpful that she has even replied to on going maintenance questions and questions about MB recalls. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
