I know whenever I put my Benz in their hands, it is going to be thoroughly examined and that I will get a full report on what needs to be repaired to include a fair price for the repair. I'm not ever taking my car anywhere else. The facility is new, big, AND pretty cool looking. My car was in and out in a matter of hours (with appointments, of course) and Megan and the team were all friendly and courteous. Megan quoted me on what needed to be done; no more, no less. Didn't pressure me for anything else. MB Clinic has my business for life.
