i brought my vehicle in for a checkup and service, they not only met my needs, they exceeded them by far. they took the time to try certain tricks to save me money, and those tricks did indeed work. not only that, but the owner, Chris, gave me a ride to my house so I could get to my other vehicle to drive. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Good service overall. Seemed to take a long time to get a part. Appreciated the offer for a loaner and the potential drop-off of the car at my home. Also appreciated the car wash, but the carpet was extremely dirty on the driver side compared to when I dropped it off. Thanks!

Always appreciate their willingness to make things as easy as possible. Never anticipate or want to deal with these repairs, but their knowledgeable mechanics and friendly owner and staff make it far more bearable. The free loaner and their warranty, or promise to resolve what is the actual problem even if it requires additional checks, are unbeatable.

The Mercedes Clinic has serviced my cars for the last 6 years. Chris and his staff are impressively knowledgeable and remarkably honest in their assessment of what needs to be fixed, what can wait, as well as the cost and repair time assessment. Their prices are much lower than dealership costs and I know the work will be done right and that they will stand behind it. And, they are such nice guys! I would not take my Mercedes anywhere else.

The guys down at Mercedes clinic are professional and skilled in handling any repair situation that comes up. I have an older model Mercedes, but that does not slow them down at all. They know all of the nuances of the new models as well as the older models. I would not take my 1996 C280 anywhere else, and it stills runs like a champ.

Hi: The service and follow up was very good as usual. Only thing I would correct to help improve service is to check with customers if they have an extended warranty that may apply to the service at hand; especially, when it work outside of standard A-B-C service. Thank you again!
