I took my 2004 sl55 amg there on tuesday the 5 of july and wanted them to look at i 5volt reference ground short issue im having i supplied them with all the fault codes the car had and explained to them that t he fault codes were a symptom of the 5v ref ground short not the issue plus many other details to give them the best possible start on the job i wanted done. when i was called by them about my car i was hannded a 310$ bill for the work done AND A LIST OF THINGS THAT NEEDED DONE to fix the problems with my car totaling 3300$ so total bill would of been 3600+$ now on this list which cost me 310$ all it was was the fault codes that i had provided them with in the first place. and they told me this is where they woukld like to start. so out of pure madness i fixed my self everything on the list even though i knew the parts were good to prove this point i spent 400$ on parts and not even an hour of my time you do the math they wanted 3300$ to replace these parts i didnt need and heres the shocker i still have the 5 volt ref ground short .... so these people will try and sale you parts you dont need and over charge you on both parts and labor they are a fraud i dont suggest anyone trust these people they charged me 310$ to tell me the codes that i gave them to begin with and a list with an outragous cost for parts and labor . there tech was a good guy but he has to work for these crooks so i dont blame him I blame the values and management\owners of this company...... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MBClinic, Inc!!!! After setting an appointment for an oil change with Mercedes Benz of Denver which was a week out I ran into a gentleman at a nearby gas station who happen to be wearing a mechanics uniform with a Mercedes logo on it. We began talking Mercedes and I told him I needed an oil change immediately but had to wait a week due to scheduling. He advised that I check out Mercedes Benz clinic around the corner as they might be able to fit me in so I did just that. Upon my arrival to a parking lot full of Mercedes my first impression was that they were incredibly busy and wouldn't have time to see me any time soon. I walked in and received an immediate warm greeting from the manager, Megan whom I began to converse with regarding my dilemma. She confirmed that indeed they were busy however they would be able to squeeze me in if I could get it done immediately which i enthusiastically accepted. She said it would take an hour and a half.......they got it done in 45 minutes! I paid, gave my thanks, exchanged a few laughs and was on my way. I canceled my appointment with MB of Denver shortly after. The facility is clean, organized, the staff is proficient, pleasant and the mechanics are top notch.....by the way my car is a 2019 Obsidian Black Mercedes-AMG C43 Sedan........thanks Megan and crew. You have a forever customer in me.
