I had a great experience! I felt the staff was friendly and helpful. They explained everything that they found and gave me a report of their findings. They called me to discuss options and costs prior to performing services. I also found the prices to be less expensive than other Mercedes shops. It was great experience for my first time there and I will go back!

Unlike at the dealerships , I'm treated as a valued customer with my older 350E. Service is thorough and prompt. Recent " touch free "service was thoughtful and much appreciated.

Excellent care and service with my 2000 G500. Have been with MB Clinic since 2008 . They know what they are doing and they know mercedes cars. Great service and efficient scheduling process.

Good experience and good service. Not sure how much better pricing than dealership. That’s my only concern.

After having a really disappointing experience with the Mercedes-Benz of Westminster Services department, I was looking for a shop with which to build a long term relationship based on trust and quality for my 2003 Sprinter with 250k+ miles on it. I hope to get many more out of it. After two years of partnership, I’ve found that relationship with MB-Clinic. The team treats me with respect, doesn’t try to sell me a new Sprinter (I was told I should upgrade by MB of Westminster, which was a slap in the face given my father and I spent a year building out this one together), has always done the job right the first time (MB of Westminster took 5 shop visits to fix something which ultimately failed again - MB-Clinic fixed it a year ago and no problems since) and at a fair price (MB of Westminster gouged the hell out of me, I’ve compared the work orders).

Very open and upfront about issues and costs. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of work. Will come back for sure.

The techs at this Mercedes specialty shop did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem and making a repair at a price that was fair and a good value. Highly recommend them.

I made an appointment with MB because of past unpleasant experiences with the dealerships. I will refer everyone to MB because they will be the only place that I will take my cars from now on. Meghan and her crew are the best!
