Chris and his whole crew are not only skilled but accommodating. They have effective communication so you always understand what is going on with your car. I always drive away confidently and knowing my car was in great hands. They even wash your car before you pick it up!

I always have great service at MBClinic! I have been going there for at least 8 years maybe more. My last visit I actually had the wrong day and even though they were book Chris made sure they fit me in. I needed a loaner and they didn't have one because as I said my appointment was actually the next Friday but Chris took care of me and I was able to get to work. I don't have enough nice things to say. Not only are they great mechanics! They are honest, trustworthy, and have the clients’ best interest at heart. I feel more like a friend than a customer. I really enjoy working with Chris and Jerad. They do have some new folks as well. Grant in the office was very courteous and the new mechanic (Sorry I forget your name) was very polite and helpful. I keep buying Mercedes because I love their cars but also because I have an excellent team at MBClinic who I trust and they only work on Mercedes. Thank You ALL!

Old fashioned - great customer service as usual! I love that when I take my ML350 to the MB Clinic I know that they are honest and don't try to take advantage of me and never pressure me. I also like that it is a small local business and I am supporting the community and still getting great repair work completed for less than the local Mercedes dealers charge. Why wouldn't you take your Mercedes here?
