At Chris's suggestion I bought an extended warranty for my vehicle when I purchased it. A motor mount (?) or something broke and the insurance paid for it!! I'm so happy I followed his advice. All the work was done in a timely manner and the car was ready when MBC said it would be.

I was a little hesitant to take my 2004 ML350 to any place but the actual Mercedes-Benz dealership. However, when quoted $750.00 by MB of Denver to fix a door lock actuator, I decided to give MB Clinic a whirl. The communication with Grant was great and he followed up with me via e-mail and voicemail. Not only did they fix the actuator for more than $200.00 less than what MB of Denver quoted, they fixed a drive shaft whining and clunking issue that I had continually tried to get MB of Denver to diagnose which they told me did not exist. Granted, MB Clinic is not as fancy as MB of Denver and the loaner isn't a brand new car, however, as long as I can get back and forth to work easily while they fix my car and pay a ton less money for quality repairs, I can learn to deal do without the fancy-pants, heated bay. I am very pleased with the professionalism of everyone I encountered at MB Clinic, they did a great job, and they weren't pushy or snobby. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely go back when my baby needs additional repairs.

It's so easy to take for granted when everything goes right, e.g., repairs, price, communications, timeliness .. but as any consumer knows it doesn't (all too often) happen that way. So I'm very appreciative of Chris and his MB Clinic team for the conscientiousness they bring to the table.
