Denver Mercedes Repair

I called for a quoute on an A Service for a 2016 MBZ Sprinter, the quote was for $280.00 (reasonable compared to others I had called). I scheduled an appointment ... when all was completed they charged me $417.05 , come to find out that they did not did NOT complete the A Service! I was charged $417.05 for a basic Oil change of which I did not ask for. (Oil filter kit, Oil disposal 5W-40 full SYN. ESP formula and DEF. Fees where; Parts $159.87 Labor $217.46, Shop Supplies 18.87, other fees $6.00, plus tax $14.85.) Bottom line is that this auto shop did not complete the 'A Service' that they had quoted me for over the phone. An ' A Service' is very different from what this repair shop did.

Very, very pleased with the service. I took car in for something that was not the issue. The unlikely issue was cracked and damaged engine mounts - I had no idea. I would never have guessed that was the problem and that it would cause the issues I was having. Now my car rides so smooth and it seems to float.
