As always, they did an amazing job! My car is a necessity in my work and life, and I trust only MB Clinic's team to work on it. Covid sidelined by ability to take her in within a reasonable amount of time, and there was no judgement (ok, maybe just a little :P) about how long it had been since my dear car had had service (though my ML yelled at me daily about how many days it had been since it had seen the mechanic!). This is an honest and extremely knowledgeable shop. I stayed within the Mercedes brand because of this shop. They know their stuff and I trust them implicitly.

Found myself with a flat winter tire rendering my car undriveable. I directed the car to be towed to MBClinic where they quickly diagnosed the issue as a broken valve stem. Replacing the stem was far less than selling me a new tire. Handled the job professionally and in a timely manner. I came away very satisfied.
