Old fashioned - great customer service as usual! I love that when I take my ML350 to the MB Clinic I know that they are honest and don't try to take advantage of me and never pressure me. I also like that it is a small local business and I am supporting the community and still getting great repair work completed for less than the local Mercedes dealers charge. Why wouldn't you take your Mercedes here?
